We had a great stay in this hotel located in a great location. It was in a walking distance to the city center, which was really convenient. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impressive, and we were happy to find parking easily. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, providing us with high-quality items to start our day off right.
There was nothing we didn't like about our stay in this city.

This charming accommodation is situated in a great location as it is just a short stroll to the city center and offers easy access to Puerto Montt airport and bus station. the rooms are clean and comfortable and the service offered by the friendly staff is exceptional. the continental breakfast spread is delicious and includes homemade bread and jam. Guests also have access to handy facilities such as a meeting room and private parking.
The street noise might be bothersome for some guests, but with earplugs, you can rest with no problem at all.

The breakfast choices were good, and it was very filling. the location was convenient enough, within walking distance of most things. they had a computer that guests could use.
The staff was hardly available, and several attempts to get their attention went unnoticed. the cleanliness was also underwhelming, as some items were moved during cleaning without explanation.

The hostal is clean, comfortable, and has a great view. The breakfast is delicious and the owner is friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near the city center.

Located on a hilltop, slightly secluded, but within walking distance of the town center. Offers a hearty breakfast to start the day, including fresh baked goods and coffee. offers a computer for guests to use.
The bathroom floor could do with a little updating, as well as the lack of staff available to assist guests at all times. They also could have been more mindful when tidying and cleaning the rooms, as some items were moved without cause.
